The staff at Towne Center Retirement Community who gave us the tour was very lovely, very knowledgeable, and spent a good deal of time with us. The facility was beautiful, modern, well-kept, and clean. We were able to see one of the apartments that was occupied and the resident was delighted to have us come and look. They reviewed the menu with us and it was quite adequate.

Towne Center Retirement Community is probably the newest facility that we saw. It's an independent living and it looked like it had some of the latest and greatest amenities that would be nice from a social aspect and a dining aspect. The all-inclusive pricing was good as well. The dining looks fantastic, that's kind of what sold us. The apartment seemed to be nice and they looked about the biggest ones we saw.
The Perch Brewery is an excellent place for local craft beer as well as birdwatching. This North Chandler pub has more than forty beers on tap, and is the home of over fifty exotic rescue birds. Be sure to try Bella Gusto Urban Pizzeria, Elvira’s Belizean Café, Filiberto’s Mexican Food, Nishikawa Ramen, and Pho Viet Nam. Our signature Freedom Dining program is our most talked-about amenity among our residents.

Rental Type
The chemicals are out of balance and the plaster is eroding and flaking off. Dead plants have been cut down without being removed or replaced. Packages are often delivered to your apartment, but are occasionally returned or taken to the local post office for pick up. When my upstairs neighbor ran their drier it vented through to my drier. A request to clear the drier vents was not fulfilled. Management is also resistant to replacing old, malfunctioning appliances.
Take your kids to Amberwood Park for a fun evening or your dogs to play at Shawnee Bark Park, only five minutes away. When you’re looking for weekend fun, take a great horseback ride at the OLI Equestrian Center or explore the fabulous old trains at the Arizona Railway Museum. You can also enjoy your evenings by taking in the beautiful city lights from nearby Dobbins Lookout at South Mountain. I lived in both a 2 bedroom and a 3 bedroom while I was here. In my experience with apartments, both were amazing. Gated community with plenty of parking even if you don't have the covered space.

The staff gave a lot of information, knew what was going on, and has been in the industry for a while as far as working in a retirement community so that was good. Whether you’re looking for a one, two, or three-bedroom apartment, you’ll find just what you need at Dobson Towne Centre.
A walgreens, sandwich shop, and hair/nail salon is right on the corner ! Two different pools, but only one is heated. I toured Towne Center Retirement Community.
