All of the staff that I met were very friendly. I wasn't able to see one of the units because they were all full, but the woman who lives there was going to try and make arrangements for me to go back. She needed to check with somebody to see if she'd be able to take me into their unit. I saw the dining area, the library, the fitness room, and the laundry room; I saw everything except for the room. I only was dealing with one of them, but she was very good. They have so many activities, I can't even tell you.

Dobson Towne Centre has 3 military bases within 71.2 miles, the nearest is Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport Air Guard Station which is 15.9 miles away and a 22 minutes .
It also appears that there are several other things like an exercise room, a library, and a place where they play games. They also have walking clubs and they have an actual 150-seat movie theater where they do movies. It seemed like everything was new and state-of-the-art in this particular facility. It's run by a corporation and they have centers all across the country.
You get a sense of family if you ant to be interactive. I would absolutely recommend this facility to others looking for independent living. Welcome to Dobson Towne Centre, a step above the rest! The chemicals are out of balance and the plaster is eroding and flaking off. Dead plants have been cut down without being removed or replaced. Packages are often delivered to your apartment, but are occasionally returned or taken to the local post office for pick up. When my upstairs neighbor ran their drier it vented through to my drier. A request to clear the drier vents was not fulfilled. Management is also resistant to replacing old, malfunctioning appliances.
